Problem: Side-by-Side Configuration

Solution:

Check to see if C:\facinst folder exists.

If It Does Not Exist: Contact FireAcad Inc. at software@fireacad.com or give us a call.

If It Exists: Follow the steps below.

1. 1. Delete C:\facadtrigger folder
   2. Unzip or copy the downloaded trigger files to C:\facinst\Vxxxx folder
   3. Make sure the date is the same as the trigger files
   4. Double click on FacSetup.exe
   5. Click “OK”
      
   6. Click “OK”
      
   7. Click “OK”
      
   8. Click on “Update TRIGGER” button
      
   9. You’ll be able to see the following message:
